  • Client Money Protection (CMP) details
  • Redress Scheme membership
  • ICO Data Protection registration

Payment & Bank Details

  • Billing contact & address
  • Payment method preference
  • Bank account details (for payouts)

Branding (Optional)

  • Company logo (PNG/SVG)
  • Brand colours
  • Office photos

Agreements

  • Review & accept Terms & Conditions
  • Data Processing Agreement (GDPR)
  • Custom contract (if not using standard)

  • Select a letting or sales plan
  • Choose monthly or annual billing (save 17% annually)
  • Review features included in each tier
  • You can also choose a plan later from your dashboard

Once approved, your account will be activated and you can start using the platform.

Before you start

  • The form takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.
  • An account will be created at the end, but it will remain inactive until our team reviews and approves your application.
  • You will need to accept our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
  • If you prefer not to use our standard tenancy contract, please have your own contract ready to upload.
