What is provided in the proeprty ?

All rooms are fully furnished with Bed, Desk, chair and wardrobe space. Our property’s generally have shared lounge and always have full spec kitchen with Washer, Dishwasher, Oven, FF, microwave, also inc pots and pans And all daily living appliances are included.

What do I do if there is something that needs to be fixed in the property?

All reports and requests requests can be actioned via the link in the top right corner of the home page. The managment team will be specific to your location,area for example Derby is covered by Fixpro .

If you consider this to be an emergency and is out of normal office hours you can contact our out of hours technician via the number issued on your tenancy agreement.

Do you inspect propertys ?

We do monthly safety inspections of communal areas, we will take into considertion various requiremtns during this time. We do have scope to instruct cleans and additional remedial works where required.

Deposits

We accept NO DEPOSITS & NO FEES

Rent

You pay rent monthly by standing order from your UK bank account. We can also take credit and debit card payments, if you prefer to pay that way or don’t have a UK account. In our properties we maintain a fixed cost per week per tenant for bills so you know exactly what you will pay each month. You will know what the amount is before you move in, and it will stay the same during any fixed term period.

Registration

Firstly, we’ll ask you to complete the Tenant Registration Form. This will allow us to ensure all your information is correct prior to your arrival and also help us match you up with the best possible house share.

Your tenancy agreement

You would sign what’s called an Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement. It’s a basic UK legal document. We will email you a signed copy so you will always have one to hand.
