I am an aerospace engineer, finishing my course from Cranfield University. I am shifting to Derby to find jobs. I am interested in studio rooms with all bills inclusive, a neat and spacious kitchen and bathroom. I prefer rooms near derby city center.

I’m a Spanish woman working in private equity in London. I studied engineering at imperial and then transitioned into finance. I work from 9 til about 7 most days (in the office, not from home) but sometime I have to stay later. I also travel back to Madrid every couple of weeks and need to travel often for work. My interests include reading, listening to music, dancing and cooking, and most evenings I’ll also go to the gym or to a class. I’m looking for a flat/ flat share which preferrably has an en-suite but I’m flexible as long as I only share the bathroom with one other person. I don’t mind living with guys or girls as long as they are tidy, I’m quite neat. I would like a flat that has some communal areas like a living room if possible. I really value the flat having a lot of light if possible. In terms of viewings I’m available anytime over the weekend and can arrange to visit places on my lunch break or at around 6pm onwards. I really want to get the flat situation sorted as quickly as possible so can make myself available. I have mainly selected west London areas as that’s what I know best but would be open to other suggestions.
