Expansion plan accelerates for estate management company

Principle Estate Management has continued its national expansion by opening its first office on the south coast. The company, which manages more than 26,000 units across Britain, has invested more than £250,000 into launching the Parkway base in Fareham, near Portsmouth. It will support landlords stretching from Saltdean in East Sussex to Seaton on the Devon coast. Principle also recently opened a new regional office for the North West in Manchester. Dedicated team Kevin Daniells (pictured, second left) has been recruited as Director for the South and will be responsible for building a portfol
